The Insight Experience

Developed in response to demand from both teachers and studnets, the Insight Experience has been designed for students who are the the end of their first year of post 16 studies and who are exploring the options open to them beyond their current programme of study.

The programme includes:

Find Your Passion
Essential Study Skills
Managing Examination Stress
An extended work or research project

Find Your Passion

This includes exercises to determine how students can enjoy the next 45 years in employment.

Essential Study Skills

In this section, students identify where they need to enhance those skills that can improve their exam grades.

Managing Examination Stress

Students undergo tests and receive advice on how to manage the stress of study and examinations.

Extended Project

Each student will be placed in a work, research, hospital, general medical or higher education establishment to undertake a period of employment experience undertaking a particular project.
