Kids K'Nex Workshop
A fun engineering activity for Nursery, Reception, Years 1 and 2
This hands-on workshop provides a unique challenging experience delivered through an engineering focus. The workshop lasts up to 90 minutes and can accommodate up to 30 children at a time. Two sessions can be run in one morning, enabling two classes to participate.
This version of the K'Nex kit is designed for smaller hands enabling even the smallest of children to participate.
We bring everything required for the workshop.

During the session you can expect the following:
- A short interactive session about engineers and engineering.
- Free play session for the children to familiarise themselves with the K'Nex.
- Children work in pairs to solve a given design problem. During this time, the children are developing skills in teamwork, communication, problem solving and building self confidence.
- The models are reviewed and participants congratulated on their achievement.
