education support company limited by guarantee based in the Black Country-

Our mission is to encourage the growth of a sustainable, innovative, creative and enterprising society through the development of personal skills and competencies delivered through a wide range of programmes.
We achieve this by working with educators, learners, students, young people in education or training, employees and employers, entrepreneurs and business owners … or anyone who is looking to learn to think differently!
We are looking to promote "Winning Behaviours" – to enable people to "thrive" in the 21st Century.
We deliver a wide choice of programmes for schools, starting at Nursery and Reception level, progressing through to Post 16 education, Higher and Further Education, work based training and employment programmes.
In an average year we work with 420 schools, 120 companies and 50,000 young people.
Our portfolio of programmes includes activities that:

- Discovery Days for Nursery and KS1/2 learners
- Challenge Days for KS3/4 and post 16 learners
